  • Revocable Living Trust Package

    There are many advantages to using a Revocable Trust as part of an estate plan, including some that vary by state. Some of the advantages include:

    -Help a settlor avoid or minimize probate, including ancillary probate.

    -Typically allow for seamless control of the settlor's assets on incapacity.

    -Typically allow for seamless control of the settlor's assets on death.

    -Are more likely to help a settlor maintain privacy than a plan with only a will.

    Revocable Living Trust, Pour-Over Will, Power of Attorney, Advanced Health Care Directive, Final Disposition, and supporting documents.

    $2,500 (Single) / $3,000 (Married Couple)

    *Excludes notary fees and filing fees.

  • Revocable Living Trust (Stand-Alone)

    A settlor with capacity may modify a revocable trust agreement at any time during the settlor's life by either:

    -An amendment (see Amendment).

    -A restatement (see Restatement).

    The settlor may wish to modify the trust for several reasons, including:

    A major life event, such as marriage, divorce, or the birth of a child.

    -To add or remove beneficiaries.

    -To change the distribution scheme.

    -To add or remove successor trustees.

    -To modify trustee powers.

    A settlor with capacity may modify a revocable trust agreement at any time during the settlor's life by either:

    -An amendment.

    -A restatement.

    Includes:

    Simple Amendment: $500

    Restatement: $1,500

  • Last Will & Testament Package

    Package Includes:

    Last Will & Testament, Power of Attorney, Advanced Health Care Directive, Final Disposition, and supporting documents.

    Note: This set of documents does not avoid Probate.

    $1,500 (Single) / $2,000 (Married Couple)

  • Other Documents

    Power of Attorney:

    Gives an agent the power to make business and financial transaction on your behalf. $250/ per document

    Advanced Health Care Directive:

    Gives an agent the power to make health care decisions on your behalf. $250/ per document

    Final Dispositions:

    Gives an agent the power to make memorial/funeral decisions on your behalf. $250/ per document

    $250/ per document
